These Terms and Conditions govern your use of WooCasino, operated by Dama N.V., a company registered in Curaçao (Registration No. 152125, registered address: Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curaçao). Dama N.V. holds a gaming licence issued by the Government of Curaçao under licence number 8048/JAZ2016-065. By registering an account and using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
1. Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account. In provinces where the legal gambling age is 19 (including Ontario, British Columbia, Manitoba, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island), that higher age requirement applies. Only one account per person, household, IP address, or device is permitted. Creating duplicate accounts may result in the cancellation of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.
You are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided at registration. WooCasino may request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation can result in account suspension or closure. You must keep your login credentials confidential and notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
2. Deposits
Deposits are processed in accordance with the payment methods currently available on the platform. The minimum deposit is CA$25 unless a specific promotion states otherwise. WooCasino does not charge fees for deposits, though your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges. Deposits must come from accounts or cards held in your own name.
Deposits made using a payment method not previously used for a successful deposit may require additional verification before withdrawal is processed.
3. Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity and payment verification. WooCasino reserves the right to request proof of identity, address, and payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals are generally returned to the same method used for the deposit. Processing times vary by method.
If a bonus has been claimed, all applicable wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. Withdrawing before wagering requirements are complete will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
All bonuses are subject to separate bonus terms available at woocasino.com/bonus-terms. Key universal conditions include: one bonus per person; bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated; maximum bet while a bonus is active is CA$8; slots contribute 100% to wagering, most table games contribute 5%. WooCasino reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
5. Responsible Gambling
WooCasino provides tools to support responsible gambling, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Players may access these tools through their account settings or by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and prevent account access for the requested period.

6. Governing Law
